1. Nature of Services

City Professionals provides on-demand home and office services such as cleaning, moving, and repair services through our website and mobile application. As a service-based platform, most of our offerings are digital in nature and rendered at the customer’s location. However, this policy also covers any products or consumables (if any) that may be shipped to customers.

 

2. Service Delivery Timelines

Once a service is successfully booked:

Scheduled Services : Services are delivered on the date and time slot selected by the customer during booking.
Instant Bookings (if applicable) : Services may be dispatched within 1–4 hours depending on availability and area coverage.
Rescheduling : Customers can reschedule service appointments up to 12 hours before the scheduled time via the app or by contacting support.

 

3. Product Shipping (If Applicable)

In case we deliver physical items such as cleaning kits, repair tools, or consumables as part of your booking:

Shipping Time: Products are typically shipped within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
Delivery Partners: We partner with reliable courier services for all deliveries.
Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Shipping Charges:
Free Shipping for orders above ₹999.
A flat fee of ₹49 for all other orders.

 


4. Service Area Coverage

Currently, we operate across Mumbai. Some services may not be available in certain pin codes due to logistic or personnel limitations. Availability will be shown at the time of booking.

 


5. Missed or Delayed Service

Customer Not Available: If the service provider arrives and the customer is unavailable or unresponsive, the booking may be marked as a no-show, and rescheduling may incur additional charges.
Provider Delay or No-Show: In rare cases of delay due to traffic, weather, or operational issues, we will keep you informed and offer rescheduling or a full refund if applicable.

For product-related orders, returns will be accepted only if the item is defective or damaged, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
